May 2nd should be Floyd Mayweather, Jr vs Danny Garcia

If it's "so insane" and easy to make then why isn't it getting made?
Floyd said he will NEVER deal with Bob Arum so CLEARLY there are no Pac negotiations. Why hasn't Garcia Floyd been made?

 

My whole point all along was not that Danny doesn't deserve it, but that most boxing insiders will shred Floyd if he takes Danny. That is a fact. You got butthurt and acted like I was insulting your 2 heros but all I'm saying is (again, fair or not) with people thinking Floyd is negotiating a Pac or Cotto fight, he will get little credit if he beats Garcia. You can't deny that.

 

99.9% of all fans and pundits bar garcia bumboys thought Herrera won, thats a FACT. Even Ashley Theophane was lucky not to get a draw! Nobody wants to see Floyd fight a slow, wide hooking, flat footed average boxer in garcia, he will get picked appart and lose 12-0. Whats worse is that danny can't even pressure he doesn't have the foot speed, he doesnt have any hand speed, he's worse than maidana! If that fight gets made floyd would be given so much abuse, because Danny hasn't even fought at 147 yet. 142lbs is not 147 nor is it 140, its a catchweight, its neither. We ALL want to see FLOYD and PACMAN get in and fight nothing else. Floyds camp hasn't mentioned Garcia once thats because he aint even on the radar, he brings nothing and he's done nothing at 147.

I agree. Herrerra might have beat him based on just landing more punhces, but I think Danny landed the more harder punches. Either way, it was a close fight (people act as if Danny was shutout and was awarded a gift decision). It probaly should have been a draw but again, it was close and I can see the champ getting the decision.

If not Manny, and Alexander beats Khan, this is the fight. Garcia is young enough to fight in early 2015 to be able to be ready to fight again in May
