Sort of an odd matchup for Berto. Why the **** is he picking on 140 lbers now?... and not sure if Urango will necessarily test Berto's chin because who knows how well Urango's power will move up to 147. Looks to me like they're tossing him an easy one after the near disaster that was the Collazo fight.

this was a bad move for berto, it will not help him progress

and he needs to up his game quick before he ends up in the ring with a top welter

I don't see this one as easy...if Berto elects to stand and trade the way he did against Collazo, he good be going to sleep in this one. Urango is a beast and, by far, the biggest Jr Welter I think I've ever seen in my life. I can't believe he ever made 140 to begin with. We'll see if he elects to box after the first time he gets cracked by the big Juan.

As for Cintron, i hope he gets what he earned by the classless display he showed after the Martinez fight...a trip to sleepy town!!

It'll be worse than sleepy town for Kermit. He's going to take a prolonged pounding.

I don't know man.. with Urango you get a smaller, slower man that isn't terribly hard to hit or outbox. Who relies on his talents of strength and punching power to overcome those obstacles in the ring. Talents that would be severly downgraded against bigger men like Andre Berto. You add all that up and it possibly turns out to be a very easy night for Berto, but we'll see.

    Yes, no arguments here. :yep

Why in the world is he fighting a junior welterweight. Is Berto nuts. What does this fight prove. Id rather see a Collazo rematch or even Zab Judah.

Trust me...this one is going to be much closer than most think.

Andre Berto is only 5'8" and is one of the smaller welters in the division.

Juan Urango is only an inch shorter at 5'7" with the same reach.

It should be a very fun fight to watch...credit Berto for taking this "high risk, little reward" type fight.:good

Sorry my man, but I'm not trusting you on this one. By the looks of the opinions on this one so far this seems more like a low risk, low reward fight.

If Berto's people really wanted to give him an easier one after the Collazo fight they should have atleast put him in their with a man his own size and within his own weight division like a Sebastian Lujan or a Delvin Rodriguez. Credible opponents that Berto would be favored against but would still give him good work in the ring.
