Khan is actually stepping up vs Collazo......

Molina's only known for having been a Khan comeback victim nearly 2 yrs ago, and hasnt fought since.

Now, he did OK, and I mean that in the sense of an inexperienced lower tier fighter vs a somewhat scared Khan....but he hasnt fought since, and it's proabbly because he got paid well for his Khan fight.

Now, he's fighting Broner.....probably not being paid as well as vs Khan, but still, enough to lure him back into the ring.

If Broner loses to a novice, who's semi retired, he's DONE. Absolutely DONE.

If Khan gets caught and KOd vs Collazo....yeah, he loses his payday, but he's always got other comeback trails to take. Brook, Madaina rematch, Garcia, etc etc etc :think

Khan has achieved way more than Broner and is facing the stiffer opposition of the two.

A loss to Molina is much worse than a loss to Collazo.

Khan loses he becomes a high level gatekeeper, and still makes a bit of money. Broner loses and he fades completely into obscurity, he'll be working in Burger King five years down the line.

Even if Broner scrapes past Molina (Bute-Grachev style) he's done.

Agreed to an extent. But I see it more as, if a guy can weather Khan's initial attack, and adjust to his speed, (because let's face it, regardless of anything else, the guy's handspeed is astounding at times), he's got a real chance to knock him out.

Khan tends to slow down during fights just enough for guys to time him, or make the adjustments, and if a guy can do that, he can land a solid counter on his bambi button.

Colazzo is savvy enough to do it. Doesn't mean he will, but he can.

I also think part of Khan's problem is that his offense is his defense. So he's always in harm's way. His feets fail him. He doesn't use them to put himself in good defensive positions. He uses them to run.

Very true. It all depends on how fast his opposition can work him out.
But how would you explain the Prescott KO? It didnt take him long to work it out. You could argue Khan was green but that wouldn't fold into your arguement. Because if you look at all of Khans knockdowns, they have all come in the first 6 rounds. Which means either he is telegraphing his combos and shots OR getting relaxed in fights too early.

at first I was thinking broner but changed my mind. I see all the hate the guy is getting and think he will always be a draw because guys like shoe and super hans will tune in to see him lose again in the future. At one point in time I thought Khan had retired because he was so inactive, his inactivity has made him almost irrelevant thus the outcry of him fighting the King.
