Can I advise Polo Towers? It isn't the greatest hotel in Vegas, but it's timeshare apartments. We stayed there for Pac-JMM, we had a seperate bedroom and a dropdown bed in the living room, our own kitchen and a nice bathroom. £600pp flight and hotel on Thomas Cook. It's literally 20 seconds off the strip. Good for getting birds back as you can **** em over the kitchen table whilst eating a sandwich you just made 2mins earlier.
Ok mate cheers, Ive seen a few places, Opodo expedia, Thomas cook, and another travel agent, thign is with opodo etc you have to pay all upfront no deposit where as with most travel agents you can put down a deposit. they are all around the same price just depends what hotel, there are a few for 550 but in hotels i never heard of! Cheers mate G
Dont go until there's boxing confirmed. The fight will make your trip. Whats the point of traveling 10 hours without experiencing your first fight night in vegas?
This is worth keeping an eye on. Wont affect the price of UK flights but will affect hotel rates on certain days. http://www.lasvegastourism.com/conventions_may.htm
for safety hold fire, cost yourself an extra 100 quid but know you are going to a big fight. risky option is book as i'd be suprised if a vegas fight isn't happening may5th time. boxrec still has floyd down as vs TBA. book and look into the possibility of moving the flight and hotel back or forward by a day or two.
Wait untill Feb/March. You will still get good deals. Try MGM I thought it was a brilliant hotel. Do not do Excalibar if its luxury your after, as it wasnt my cup of tea. There is still plenty to do in Vegas, me and my ex didnt go for the drinking or partying and we still found plenty to do. Plus take a bit extra money and that will get you some new clobber for the summer.
Definitely going to be a fight on May 5. I personally think Mayweather will still make that date so you never know. Do it anyway, there will 100% be a fight with a world class fighter + Vegas is awesome!
Try Asda travel or even Aldi do holidays now. I have booked a couple of holidays through Asda and found it easy and cheaper.
I booked a weekend in New York in august to watch Cotto Margarito and was shitting it two weeks before when it looked like it wouldn't happen.
I saw Ortiz/Berto tickets going on the MGM grand website for $300 and they were the best seats you could get! G
Checked out Asda travel selected flights and hotel, and was amazed when i saw the price 505 quid, however you have to click to select a hotel then it adds on 150 quid for the hotel? which brings the price higher than ive seen elsewhere? Cheers
