    Think about it, he lied about been scared of needles to get out of taking the test in the first round of negotiations and now full testing is on the line he has obviously just ducked the fight with all kinds of silly excuses. The Mayweather's were all absolutely convinced he was using something. Being boxing people they will know boxing people that have been round Pacquaio in person and may have an idea if something's going on

    Now if Manny is using PEDs and fights without them he'll be vastly diminished. If he gets caught using them his political and sporting careers will be in ruins.

    I doubt a Filipino politics career will be ruined by corruption in sports when corruption in economic affairs is widely common among the political class.

    His pro prostitute anti condom stance has gotten him this far i'm sure the revelation he's been juiced up to his eyeballs wont dent his popularity.

    I must say it is a sigh of relief for more and more people seeing how it is now Pac delaying, avoiding the fight...

    Not sure he is afraid of taking a test, but rather getting in the ring after his last performance with a guy that is stronger, faster, and possible smarter or as smart as Juan Manuel.. And also seeing him beat a guy that he would never get in the ring with "Ortiz"..

    source or link for your claim please.

    i have never seen an article or a video where manny said he was scared of needles.

    if none is provided, we'll just chalk it up as another unsubstantiated ***** lie.

    I'm starting to think he is. The fight should be made but he and Arum are full of excuses.

    :lol: His swing across all areas of the political landscape and his eventual joining of a movement based on a saying popularised by "The Rock" seems to show his popularity is indeed deep.

    Here's the proof of Pacquiao's ducking of Foreman;

    Pacquiao shot down the idea of facing Foreman, too.

    "Manny's concerned about Foreman's height. We'll go through the entire (welterweight and junior welterweight) categories and see what we can come up with," Michael Koncz, Pacqiuao's adviser, told The Los Angeles Times.

    Arum told Examiner.com's Michael Marley that Pacquiao "is a bit reluctant (to fight Foreman)" and that he "is working on it."

    Foreman's manager, Murray Wilson, wasn't happy with Pacquaio's decision.

    "“I am disgusted,” Wilson told Examiner.com. “Manny fought Oscar de la Hoya, beat him so badly he put him into retirement, and Oscar’s half inch shoter than my guy Yuri is."

    :lol::lol: I can't believe people forgot about this, how's he going to step up and fight Mayweather when he's scared of Yuri Foreman.

    That ones easy to find, but if you can find Freddy Roach talking about Joan Guzman being all wrong for Pacquaio I'll give you props - and if you can please start a new thread :yep

    Both sides have avoided the fight in the past, in the present, it's all on Arum, and by default Pac. He's reluctant to fight MW, I believe that. However, I don't think the ducking is because of PEDs. If he's on Peds than they should have superior techniqes (both sides to evade detection).
