Margarito is the only man to knock out Martinez :huh

I think Margarito has been cheating when ever his corner can get away with it. Crapetillo was not in Margarito's corner back then against Martinez so just maybe, Margarito learned this dirty trick when he was much younger. Maybe against Williams they were unable to slip the plaster pieces in?

Who knows but once he got caught, his power was no where to be seen or heard. Coincidence? I don't think so.

 

His opponents suffered some very odd injuries before he was caught.
He used loaded wraps for a long time.

He didn't commit because he fought scared, he had the same opportunities that Mosley had before he tired himself out by wasting energy running around the entire ring. All he had to do was circle and commit and he likely gets a stoppage victory.

 

Before the hand wrap drama i thought of him to be a beast for anyone. After i've been skeptical only because of the way he looked in the mosley fight. He did look shook, was it because he got caught or the whole ordeal of the hand wrap issue , but not shot. Mosley landed big shots like cotto but he tied up margarito , didn't give him the opportunity to do work and get into the fight. Mosley fought well and with a great game plan . He may not be shot but we still don't know the effects that fight had on him, he did take a beating, and this year layoff.

 

He would never be the same fighter again, we know he punish Cotto. But we are forgetting all those shots from Cotto he took. He even mention after his lost with Mosley, he was yet fully heal from his Cotto fight. That fight was a war and both fighters career took a beating that night.

 

Cotto did put some shots together on him. Cotto looked amazing in the first half of that fight
