He knows exactly what we know. Mosley doesn't fold under pressure. He is battle tested against tougher fightters then himself and he is a tougher fight stylistically for Margo then Cotto was, even at his advanced age.

Bingo! After all this **** talking from Margo about how everyone fears him, this turns him into a clown.

Now that you mention it; remember that video of Marg asking PBF about fighting him and PBF telling him that when they meet later on in their careers "its gonna be a big event." Remember that ****.....FLOYD COULD COME BACK AND FIGHT HIM! :admin

    :tired ah, wishful thinking

He bitches and bitches how he can't get the best to fight him. He then finally makes a name for himself and gets some marketability and what does he do? Turns down $4mil for a chance to avenge a defeat against the #1 guy in his division Williams, and then $2 mil to fight a faded, yet still very game future HOFer and still top 5 WW Shane :deal

The thing is, if this is such a winnable fight, against a future hall of famer and a big name, why not take it?

And I thought Margo only fought for pride??:rofl:rofl:rofl:rofl

Margarito knows that he may lose this one and a whole lot of upcoming paydays if that scenario comes out to unfold. Therefore, he wants to get richly payed for the task at hand against the non-mandatory challenger... Otherwise, they would fight for free in the Gym. I agree Shane's people need to put all the money they can generate on the table with his name or no-business but I also and always said that Shane may be bustin and make Margo look foolish. Forget about the outcome of Mosley-Cotto and Margo-Cotto ( same thing as the trio Taylor-Pavlik-Hopkins) and consider the two fighters at hand - nobody can say that Margo will be hitting Shane first and if Shane hits Tony the way he did to Mayo, then nobody can say he won't feel it - that's exactly why he wants to get well payed!

Agree with you 100%. man this ****ing sucks, I dont care if the money was bad or not this was a big opportunity for Marg I dont understand why. It would have also been a great fight because unlike Cotto, Sugar will come forward or stay inside.WTF is going on :huh
