When Virgil Hunter told Angulo earlier that he was going to stop the fight unless he improved, my first thought is that he was sending Golden Boy a subliminal message that he'd throw the towel in if one of his fighters was up against one of their stars.

They were all in on this grand conspiracy.

 

That's the stupidest statement of the week.

The stoppage was correct. Any fool could see that Angulo was getting tagged with far too many clean shots and they should know that Angulo is the sort of fighter who will keep coming forward, taking mucho punishment rather than quit.

You are the sort of fan that likes to see boxers die in the ring and should just stay with chicken fights that you love so well and when the opponent dies it doesn't matter becasue it's not human.

Weeks did a great job ref'ing that fight, and a clown like yourself is unqualified to gauge or criticise his performance.
