mayhem is funny as hell, loved it when he said diaz was hidding behind a paper belt and that when daley knocks him out he will have no where to hide....lol
The prob is when you talk and say you will fight at 185 but to fight someone else, have him come down in weight..it makes Nick look stupid.
Diaz talks **** and a tuff game when he is talking about guys he believes he can beat, but when someone starts calling him out he studders and doesn't want nothing to do with it. Typical thug punk. Anyone see the video where he is crying about "Why you gotta pick on the little guy?" " You are bigger then mean go pick on someone your own size!" hahaha I laughed balls watching that. Funniest part is HE is usually the bigger guy in HIS fights at 170!
When has Diaz ever backed down from a fight? If anybody thinks Diaz is affraid of Miller, you haven't paid attention to them. Diaz is not afraid of anybody, his career has shown that. Miller loves attention more than fighting, his career has shown that. End of the day, Miller walked out of the fight negotiations, he backed down, not Diaz. So let's go through the chain of events again. Miller interrupts Shields' interview after the Hendo fight, Diaz and Miller go at it, Miller calls for a fight, Miller backs out of fight. Miller is an attention *****, Diaz is a fighter.
Beebs Diaz said he would fight anybody at 185,now all of a sudden he'd fight anybody but Miller???? Diaz didn't think anyone would call him out now he won't honor what he said he'd do. [ame="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bNyRpzwVeGs"]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bNyRpzwVeGs[/ame]
And Miller said he wants to fight Diaz, but he doesn't seem to want it real bad, now does he? Diaz has all the leverage, he is a champion at his weight class, and taking a fight 15lbs up is going to **** with his body for future fights. So he proposes an absolutely reasonable solution of meeting at a catchweight that works for both fighters, and Miller tucks tail and runs. Miller is the one not wanting to get the fight done, he is the one running away, there is no spinning this. And then back down when the guy agrees to meet him halfway. Diaz has a legitimate career as a top level fighter to think about, Miller doesn't, he just wants another horrible TV show.
Stop defending Diaz. The ***** ass kicked Miller when he was down trying to be all gangster like. Miller deserves some justice and everyone wants to see it :deal
The only ***** is Nick. When you sucker punch someone then kick him while he was down is *****. Then say you will fight anyone at 185 but not Jason...*****...I like to watch Nick fight, but in this he is a *****!
Nick is one of my favorite fighters but I have to side with Miller on this one. Diaz came out in a video and said he was willing to step up to 185 to fight certain guys, but then when Mayhem comes calling, Nick says nevermind. I don't know if Nick is really scared to fight Mayhem at his natural weight, but it certainly appears to be the case. Besides Nick isn't in the position of a million dollar draw like Manny Pacquiao to be demanding catchweights, especially when hes the one who intiated the beef.
Cool vid by Diaz, made some good points, little guy calls out big guy, Not the other way around. Hassling a fighter in a lower weight class is pretty lame. I do love Miller though: if you've not seen it you've got to see bully beat down, Miller is so funny.
You can't say you will fight ANYONE at a certain weight then jump someone (with your 5 friends) AT that weight and ***** move your way out of it. Diaz needs to man up or face the consequences of your fans realizing you are just lip service and can't be taken seriously.
Dude, Diaz is a champion level fighter, the best welterweight outside of the UFC, and possibly a top 2 or 3 in the world, who is Miller? As things stand right now Diaz has said he will fight Miller, Miller has said he won't fight Mayhem. Some offhand comment months ago really has no bearing on anything, if Mayhem wants to make a name of Diaz (although he is going to get beat down anyway) he doesn't get it all his way. Diaz doesn't need this fight, Miller is just another fight for him, a distraction really since Diaz is the champ and he will have to mess around with his routine to get ready for this fight. Look at Diaz's resume, is there anything on there that leads you to believe he has any fear whatsoever of anybody?
Miller is just like Rampage when he's trying to be funny: contrived, fake, trying way to hard, and not particularly funny. He is a caricature, a cartoon. Miller views having to fight occasionally as an annoying and unwanted means of being a 4th rate celebrity. Diaz views media attention as an unwanted side effect of being a fighter.
