no-contest, agreed. There was a foul, the action should have been stopped because the fighter who was fouled was at a disadvantage due to the foul and deserves time to recover. That the ref didn't have time to break the action before the KO makes this a N-C.

its the refs fault he needs to be stepping in between the fihhters

 

Ref should have said STOP as soon as he was trying to step in between.

Mayol took a really nasty shot there, I admittedly don't like him because he's dirty, but it still sucked to see him with the neck brace.

Just looked it up. Dempsey-Sharkey when Dempsey hit him with a low blow then toke advantage of an opportunity since Shakey didn't protect himself at all times.

the ref should have seen the low blow before mayol even reacted and seperated them and let him recover. no way should Romero get a k.o victory, i mean if he got the k.o then **** ill just add a low blow into my combos from now on to open him up for the knockout blow....

 

Then you should add headbutts to your combos cause thats the way Mayol won the belt
