Mayorga got gutshotted by Cotto clean when he went for broke and wailed at Cotto in the 12th after being terribly behind on the cards.

If you beat Vernan Forrest you ought to beat Cotto. I'm a little surprised.

 

i thought cotto a would knock him out earlier but good fight,now margarito in july and that will be good!

 

I think Cotto knows the business and never took personal offence to any of Mayorgas insults, Mayorga is one of a kind some of the **** he has done during his career have been classic, and will be remembered for a long time, He might not have been the best fighter in the world and received some beat down's at the hands of some better champ's but the dude has something special that only he could pull off, When he put his hands up like he was sparring cotto during the fight i laughed my ass off lol.
