    It won't matter if he gets under his skin. Cotto has a brilliant self-defence mechanism where if he gets hurt, the low blows are coming out. (y)

    IMHO, that will be Mayorga's biggest mistake. The only chances I was giving him was the fact Cotto was training the way he used to. But now he is pissed and want to kick some ass.

    Mayorga Destroys Cotto prime for prime

    Cotto in his prime was a 140 lb, while Mayorga was a huge 147lb and former undisputed welterweight world champ

    If Ricardo Torres can wobble Cotto like that, imagine what Mayorga (that destroyed Vernon) will do to him

    You gotta understand the fighters that beat Mayorga were huge punches and better fighters than Cotto in Trinidad/Oscar, and the Mosley vs Mayorga fight was lucky KO win for Shane because he was getting outbox almost the entire fight and it was a close fight until the final 10 sec 12th round KO

    So you cannot use the argument of Cotto beating Shane in a close fight and Shane KO12 Mayorga because Shane was suppose to destroy Mayorga fast and early

    Just because Cotto was in his prime during his 140 years (which I don't think he was), he was still having trouble with the weight. Him being 147 didn't take anything away. Infact it just made him stronger.

    I pick Mayorga to knock Cotto the **** out and beat him, and I am willing to do a 30 day ban bet with anyone on here to back it up.

    Outboxed the entire fight? :huh

    Shane was the only one landing any clean shots the whole night. Not to mention, was up on the cards at the time of the stoppage.
