I actually agree with you. Mayorga has been very mild with Mosley. Mosley does have kids and he does not want Mayorga to put his wife through humiliating rants in front of his kids or for his kids to hear about it.

 

I think he is just saving his best trash talk for later, I think he is going to turn it up a couple of notches as we get closer to the fight.

 

Two things keep Mayorga around, the first being his antics people love that kind of ****, but what makes that even better is the way he takes a ****ing beating.

 

Mayorga knows what to say to get the media attention, the thing is that his greatest wins were against V Forrest many years ago and after that he took many beatings. So he could scream all he wants and nobody would say "Mayorga would be a great win for 'x' boxer".

What I don't get is that everyone writes off Mayorga as someone who just takes "beatings". The guy has really lost what 2 fights both to naturally bigger guys whom are both HOF ers. Mayorgas a dangerous welter if he can get down there again
