The fight would have been amazing had it taken place in 2002 when both men were at the top of WW division.

 

Mark my words people RICARDO MAYORGA IS GOING TO KNOCK SHANE MOSELY OUT!!!!!

 

Mayorga is doing the best he can do. He doesn't have the discipline to be a champion. So he is selling fight with his big mouth. People are going to the fights just to see him getting his ass kicked.

I thought about your post, but I don't see Mayorga beating Margarito prime for prime due to their styles. Mayorga was and is a wild man with decent power and a strong chin. Margarito would just keep coming and would possibly stop him with the body work. I remember everyone saying how Tito destroyed him with head shots, but it was actually a body shot that started it and it looked like the pain lingered and then the head shots came to play. Shame on Mayorga for moving up in weight to fight a powerful puncher like Tito, but the body shot was key.
