Mayorga vs Cotto

    I am saying it right now Mayorga stops Cotto. Yes Cotto has better skills by a mile but Mayorga will put pressur on Cotto and brawl. He will catch Cotto in the first round and finish him soon after that. I am willing to bet anyone on it. 30 DAY BAN OFF OF HERE IF COTTO WINS. :D

    "IF" Mayorga still has some punch resistance left & ability to absorb Cotto early, Miguel could be in trouble late.

    I really like this fight. Obviously cotto should take this fight, but Mayorga is an interesting character at least, he will be competitive for the first 5 rounds, if he could land on cotto, then anything can happen.

    But my money is that cotto stops him late via body shots.

    I don't think mayorga will be in good shape at this stage of his career. The body punches will be his downfall.

    If the Mayorga who fought Mosley shows up against Cotto, then I agree, Cotto will get stopped. If the lazy, unprepared Mayorga shows up, Cotto will get a fairly easy UD.

    Haha Cotto has faced much stronger tests than an over the hill Mayorga, and came through them victoriously. There's no way Mayorga can beat Cotto.
