I'm not even talking about a prime Mayorga... I think Mayorga KO's Margo TODAY. Yea I said it.:yep I guess the fight would have to be at 154 cause I don't see Mayo making 147. So who wins the battle of the chins?

At 154 right now Antonio could get stopped in half the time it took Shane.

shane ko's mayorga with one second to go
shane ko's margarito in 9 rounds of total domination
i think mayorga withstood his punches a bit better and margo hasn't shown much in his previous outings at 154 so i say mayorga UD or late ko/tko

A punch from a 154 lb Ricardo is probably at least nearly as hard as a punch from a 147 lb Shane. Margarito is hard to miss. Ricardo's punch was a moot point against Shane as he couldn't string together enough of them to do any damage (plus Shane has a truly granite chin...probably better than Marg's). We'll see if Marg can take that punch, from someone close to his own size, someone arguably physically stronger, and someone who will give him a taste of his own relentless attack medicine.

what makes u think, mayo isnt as tough if not tougher. you need to see the mosley and trinidad fights. and he gave nmosley a tougher fight. its kind of a tossup but mayo is more confortable at 154, margo got beat twcie there albiet controversial

How is Margo "much tougher?" That's ridiculous. Mayorga has taken tremendous shots from much bigger punchers than Margo, even given them some free shots too. Tito is one of the greatest WW punchers ever and it still took him 8 rounds of continually landing flush power shots to stop him. Mayorga is as tough as they come.<----FACT.

mayorga would be the stronger man and he would be the bigger puncher. the only thing margo has is that he more of a textbook fighter then the unothordox mayo but that might not neccesarily help him.

this would be a great fight a war, but i think margo still has bigger fish to fry like a cotto rematch or a williams rematch they are bigger fights.

Margarito. I think the Shane he faced was much, much more determined than the one Mayorga faced. 5 years ago at welterweight this would have been an amazing fight.
