This would make a good fight. Neither fighter is a ATG but there styles would make a great battle.

 

tony has the upperhand all around, he'd beat ricardo in the fight and show him a worser whooping from a mexican than oscar, and as for trashtalking they'd go back and forth but tony would still win since he'd have brandon calling him a "focker" all day

 

Cotto could fight Margarito 100 times and Cotto would lose 99 of the 100 fights. stylistic mismatch with the same ending result each and every time out.

I disagree, I would favour cotto 60-40 in the summer if he wins tonight. He is the better boxer and just needs to pace himself better and clinch when he has to. then he will win a comfortavle 8-4 type decision.

if they fight this summer even with Steward I give Margarito the better chance and not cus Margarito is in my avatar I am a fan of both, I am puerto rican, so dont start with not ****.
Truth is Cotto has yet to rematch anybody, especially someone who systematically broke him down and made him take a knee. mentally that alone can cost a fighter the fight even being that he does have better skills and Steward in his corner if Cotto does not find a way to get past that TKO loss mentally he has no chance of winning a rematch.

I was actually talking about this fight yesterday with my friend. Margo doesn't usually talk much trash unless he's provoked like with Roach did, but if you got Mayorga on you then you gonna see a funny side to Margarito

 

Cotto now believes margie cheated against him. Cotto, who is known for not saying anything, would clown on him too during the buildup of a rematch!
