Two crude power punchers. Who wins?

Miranda is too large for Mayorga.

Wow, you must not like Mayorga.

While larger, I actually don't think Miranda hits harder than Tito, and is far less skilled. This would actually be competitive.

Maybe, but there is talk about RM being a possible comeback opponent for Pavlik.

Pantera's shocking knockout wins were over garbage opponents on FNF. Its like a worse version of Sam Peter's "power" hype, doesn't look like anything against the top 20 in the division.

Mayorga has no power at MW. Pantera would catch him sooner or later with real MW power. Plus, he has lost to good champs. I truly believe he should have gotten the nod over Abraham when he broke Abraham's jaw. We have to agree that Abraham is not garbage.

Agreed. Doesn't he have abnormally long arms as well? Meaning he'll have a substantial reach advantage.

I'm guessing the TS is implying if they were both at MW.

Miranda has actually impressed me with some of his boxing as of late, being the naturally bigger man with big pop of his own I would have taken him to win a UD in an entertaining bout.

I believe if he had a better trainer when he first came onto the scene, he would have beaten Abraham and would have been a champion. As champion, it could have boosted his confidence and he would have done much better with someone like Pavlik. Yes, he has looked better with his boxing of late.

I heard he was doing his usual baiting.

If tat fight were to happen, I'd be mildly surprised. More surprised not to see Mayorga laid out though. Unless Pavlik is completely shot.

Well, Pavlik now fights at SMW so I can't see Mayorga move up that high. He will look like Arreolla's little brother.

Miranda would KNOCK HIM OUT. Mayorga has no defense, and would get clubbed again and again.
