Mosley had no jab in this fight. his footwork was missing. You're right, Jimmie, he let himself fall into a trading match with Mayorga put wasn't strong enough to hurt him until the final round.

His jab was effective the rare times he used it. Sure he wasnt strong enough remember Mayorga was 170 in this fight and already naturally the bigger guy. Shane was stupid to not jab and body punch more but thats classic Shane him just wanting to fight however and not smart. Whatever the case though when Shane stepped it up in this fight he beat Mayorgas ass.

He fought a good fight. I think he did as good as he could have.

 

Shane didnt end the fight before that point because he is shot...I disagree, I wasnt impressed by Mayorga at all, I was unimpressed by Shane, as I have been in most of his fights for 5 years.

 

Mayorga did well but still, he must be done. He was not going anywhere but to the bank anyway so he may get another reasonable payday for this effort. Mosley still proved he can go through brawling style and finish it late. I don't think that there should be any doubts that Shane is there knocking on Margarito's /PW's / Berto's/ Clottey's door. Mayo is to fight bouts like against Vargas - Mosley and Mayorga two different things, don't you ever have any doubts about it, please...
