Mayorgas gone and f***ed with the wrong cat

You can't beat a bit of hype.

I hope Vargas batters that mouthy ***** into a bloody mess.

 

I also hope Vargas finishes on top, and i think he can. i was worried about his weight but he didnt look too bad and he still has quite some time left.

In his prime Mayorga would be made for Fernando, lets hope nothing has chaged to drastically in that department.

i think Vargas can stop him late but think he may chose to box as in some interviews he has said how much smarter and more intelligent he is and how he is a boxer-puncher, not just a dumb brawler like Mayorga, so maybe a points win is on the cards.

Mayorga might have more in the tank but style wise he is in trouble and the weight goes against him as he is clearly the naturally smaller man.

In the fight with trinidad, trinidad was the guy talking trash and mayorga was quiet or not talked to much.

 

Mayorga talked plenty of trash, as usual, leading up to the Tito fight.

 

Yea he talked but no a la this or ala De la Hoya that pretty much humillate the other guy badly

 

It was only somewhat tame by Mayorga standards. By most other guys it would be considered pretty outrageous.

I didn't make your point.

Mayorga isn't in the same stratosphere as Tito, DLH and Mosley. He has or would be dominated by all these names.

Vargas on the other hand has gone to within a POINT before being stopped late. Tito, DLH and Mosley were all winning by about a point before they stopped him.

The second Mosley fight Vargas looked past it but if he was shot, Mosley shot him!

If he has something left, Mayorga is not in the same class.

 

Agreed, a Prime Vargas is only a half level below the greats of his generation (DLH, Shane, Tito). . . a prime Mayorga is not n the same league. . . no matter how good a trash talker he is.

Forrest @ 147 was more highly regarded at the time than anyone Vargas beat, but he lacked the skills of Vargas.

 

Mayorga is too crude. He'll need a 'lucky' punch to win. Vargas, for all his problems, still has skills.

vargas is the more horrible of the two. he should change his name to fernando"garbage"... get taken out with the rest of the trash and stop ripping off the public... he does not deserve to make some millions in the sad state that he is as a boxer. This fight will also show whether or not Mayorga should be taken out with the trash as well!!!
