And the time line won't do Floyd and his supporters any good...it will just add to the case of why Floyd is catching all the Flack for ducking this fight.

 

Pac and Floyd start negotiations.
Regular NSAC urine testing is to be applied
Floyd asks for random blood and urine testing until the day of the fight.
Pac agrees to take a test at the press conference, one 30 days before, and one after the fight.
Floyd says he wants random but will accept a 14 day cut off.
Pac says he will accept random testing and a test after the fight, but no tests after 24 days before the fight.
Floyd won't budge from 14 days.
Pac says ****it and fights Clottey on 7 weeks notice.

Thats is a mix up. Mayweather first offered the 14 days at the mediation. Pac's offer of 24 days was before Mayweather's offer of 14 days. Pac offered 24 days after the Hatton testing thing came out. Mayweather offered 14 days at the mediation which was the final chapter of the first negociation.

Going into mediation Pac wanted 24 days, Mayweather wanted up to the fight testing. At the mediation Mayweather says we will meet in the middle from 30 and 1 which is how he got 14 days. Pac's camp then re offers 24 days and Mayweather leaves the mediation. Arum then lies about 14 days being offered then ignores the offer once confirmed and sets up the Clottey fight.

They agreed to everything from purse to venue to billing even were lining up there sparring partners, only to have it all fall apart.

 

Floyd didn't offer 14 until AFTER negotiations broke down. PAC want 24 days and Floyd wouldn't budge to 18 to keep the negoitaions going. He only went down to 14 when PAC decided he was done playing those games and took out josh.

 

When the Hatton thing came out, the Mayweather camp thought that happened 14 days before the Hatton fight, so said that Pac should be able to take tests up to 14 days before teh Mayweather fight. Then we found out it was 24 days before the Hatton fight, so team Pac countered with 24.

If you're going to attempt this, it should be based only on certifiable facts and restrained of any superlatives or bias spin.
