    Yes, the reason was that Cotto had never fought at 154, never had been above 147 at the time.

    And Pac (former 112 lb champ) weighed in at an alltime high of 144.



    Yes, Pac made Cotto weigh in a full pound less than he'd weighed in for his previous fight with Clottey.
