If he honored his contract then why he is paying a PENALTY FEE?

Clearly had no intention of getting down to 144 and knew he had the bargaining chip to come in at whatever weight he wanted. JMM would take the money and PBF can enjoy an even bigger advantage even though it was sold to the fans as something else. Even during the promo at the weigh-in the announcers were still selling this fight as a 144 lb catchweight bout.

Thanks PBF for another F'U to the sport and boxing fans. A mystery how people can support this kind of behavior.. bias has no limits.

I supported eze's stance this was just a tune-up but at this point it is just a sham. Glad Marquez is at least getting paid well and hope he doesn't come out of the fight too much worse for wear.

Floyd honored his revised contract. But his original Contract as at the weight of 144 or "LESS"....not more. Not that it matters or would change the outcome....it's just unprofessional especailly someone like Floyd Jr. He's never missed wieght and has always taken his camp 110% seriously.

 

Just pray nothing serious will happen to the much DISADVANTAGED Marquez...:-(
