You see we are arguing over a few glasses of water here

The former flyweight champ PAC is killing these welterweights FFS

Im not talking about rating them though, I just wanted to know when floyd fought a younger bigger guy, with a thread named giant killer this isnt to surprising I assume. No need to look behind what I said it was just a quick trivia kind of question not a attack or something:D

The former flyweight champ who would balloon 15lbs after the weigh in.

Mayweather has moved up from smaller weight classes too.

i thought size does not matter, only skills do? well mayweather has always had the edge in skills. he has done nothing further or more amazing than what is expected from his skill level.

But so many people make a big deal about size though. For instance I for one was never impressed with Margarito because he was soooooooo slow and unskilled, but yet people kept raving about him because he was a big welter.

    Bigger man "unofficailly"
    gimme a break

LOOK AT THEM IN THE RING
Pac looked like oscars asian son:yep

    So what seriously ?

    That says nothing !

Hatton obviously has to shred LBs causes he naturally FAT
also cause he loves garbage food

Plus some guys have bigger fatter heads heaviest part, Hatton Floyd is a good example of this , body structures are different, hattosn arms are tiny he is not as natural an athelete or as fluid

LOOK at them in the ring Mayweather clearly looks/is larger whenever they are together, Hattons drinking booze and eating pies adds more weight

Is Arreola "bigger" than vitali ?

\if anythign Hattons draining is a strain not an advantage

No doubt Pac and Floyd made sacrifices to make weight in the lower classes

Now they are primed at fighting weight at 47

The walk around close to it

Pac can much easier make 135 tho

He was 138 against Hatton and looks far less ripped at 47

PBF started 2 weight classes lower than Hatton, he went up a total of 5 weight classes to fight dlh at 154. Hatton couldnt manage going up one weight class because he sucks. Hatton had all the opportunity in the world to fight Floyd at 140 and his team openly said they needed a few more fights for years so floyd went to 147 and won the linear title

Its funny you say that because most people try and discredit the Hatton win by saying that "mayweather made him move up" when in reality all Hatton had to do was cut less weight than normal.

The fact is, Pac entered the ring with more mass than DLH and therefore he was the bigger man.

Thats quality stuff from Hatton, the tale of the tape showed Pac was bigger than Hatton in almost every area, apart from wiast?! They're roughly the same height. lol Hattons cool.

Pac was bigger than Ocsar when they thought tho, an there wasn't much between Cotto and Pac on fight night. Fair point about Margo tho.

considerable size difference is a factor and a risk. a skilled boxer can be ko'd or seriously hurt if he can not take a punch, against a less skilled bigger opponent. most floyd fans contend size is not a factor, only skills. then why the hell is floyd not jumping on a fight against sergio?

can you honestly say that floyd's choice of opponents at 140 and up far exceeds the level of expectation people have on him given the level of skill and talent that he has?

Man Judah is NOT a 147 lber and is not bigger than Floyd. I don't give a damn what he weigh in at.
