Think both fighters have prevented this from happening, Pacquaio initially by turning down testing and a 14 day cut off, and Floyd since then hasn't really tried to make the fight, such as the 40 million offer that he knew Pacs team wouldn't accept.

 

Boxing_disaster is so disappointed this fight is happening. Think he might be the only fan in the world that was hoping it wouldn't happen.

Tell me why should Floyd be able to dictate the rules of the fight?? The fight was to be held in Vegas under the Nevada state rules. Why should Floyd be allowed to change those rules??? Freddie & Manny agreed to fight under the NSAC rules so Floyd made his excess testing demand just to prevent having to fight Manny. It doesn't take a genius to see this Alex
