Didnt he say that he always trains. Whether he has a fight coming up or not. He showed no signs of ring rust in the Marquez fight and that was after a two year lay-off.

People who are naturally skinny can pretty much eat whatever they want without having to worry about getting fat.
When you combine that with Floyd's hard work in the gym, of course he will always look in tremendous shape.

He does NOT eat well, remember the 24/7s? All he eats is candy.

Man your IQ is so low .

    Isnt Eddie Chambers black??

It isnt about colour but your own genetics. Christiano Ronaldo isnt black but has natural low body fat and ate what he wanted , but is a natural athlete as is Floyd.

Floyd is a gym rat. He loves training, and he is always in the gym.

Some people treat working out as part of their lives. It's not that hard. I have a full time job and I still maintain my self in good shape. However, when I need to turn it up or when I was in bootcamp, the intensity with better consistency makes a hell of a difference.

I don't find it hard to envision how a proffesional fighter, with moneyncan spare more than a couple of hours weekly to maintain his body in decent shape in between trainning camps.

  9. LOL people are very naive if they think all Floyd eats is candy because in 24/7 he eats a little junk food , i mean seriously you must be very naive he eats the right foods 98% of the time u can bet that . If he eats junk then its only occasionally and in small portions .

He's always been active, he's young, and as has been said over and over his genetics play a huge role.

After I got married I had a travelling job with pretty much no time to work out and stress stress stress, had to eat whatever the wife made me, (mostly cheesy mexican food) and the only thing that happened was me shrinking in the arms and shoulders. Left that lifestyle, went back to the gym, and in a few weeks it was back to normal, but I never even got "soft" in the middle, even though I'm near my mid thirties now.

Not only has he worked out consistently but he really does have good genetics, though I would argue Floyd Sr is actually much leaner naturally than Floyd, who got a little bit of the thickness of his mom's side.

Having said that, if he looks as good as Hopkins does on the other side of forty I'll be surprised.

Genetics! I can eat what I want, and still have a hard time gaining weight.
