Dude has work ethic I hate on him all the time but I have to acknowledge that, the dude will train any time, any where at any hour of the night. When cats are sleeping he is out there working, dude just works.

I am italian and one of my best friends who is also italian is the same exact age as me yet he has almost no body fat.

He doesnt work out at all and never really has. You look at his dad and his dad has the chiseled build until he was very late in age (mid 60's). I always wanted to get him into boxing like me because he has that natural toughness, but he just wasnt ever interested. He has a very poor diet for the most part yet he hasnt changed in weight more than 10 lbs in 20 years, the guy is in his lower 40's now and has the body of a 20 yr old.

Some people are born like that. People mentioned its floyd because he is black and that just not true. Black people have a higher obesity rate. Floyd is just one of those guys who has the lucky genetics.

I'm sure Mayweather's diet has nothing on Michael Phelps and Lamar Odom.
That being sad gentitcts along with keeping himself in shape play a large part in him being in shape all the time.

Genetics and a love of working out, not Boxing training per se.

Thing is that "junk" is actually more satisfying than "healthy" food. If he can eat something fatty and then be "full" and still work out? He may be ahead. The sodium, sugar, and BS will catch up to him eventually though.

He probably trains everyday. He might eat junk and **** often but if he trains as hard as he does as often as he does he will stay in decent shape.

Plus im sure in actual fight camp he eats 100% right 100% of the time.
