froch is a pointless fight for joe,he brings absolutely nothing of worth to the fight(wbc belt or not)id rather joe retire.

i said months ago mayweather will only return to fight hatton, oscar or pac.

Hatton vs Mayweather 2 is like a WWE fight, it is pointless Mayweather was clearly the better fighter and Hatton doesn't deserve a rematch. The only they will fight is for $$$$$$$'s.
Mayweather should fight Margarito or Cotto.

he needs to fight clottey cintron berto...LMAO...williams would be the only competitive fight and he is too heavy...it's funny that u laugh at PBF fighting ODH hatton PACMAN Malignaggi since they are all lineal champions...whoever wins between hatton and paulie will be and PBF beats them all easy..shows how good he is

Who gives a **** about Cotto, Clottey, Cintron?!(the bum of all bums?) and Berto? :patsch

For someone as accomplished as Maywather you think he will give two shits about those guys you mentioned?, it's funny you mentioned Cintron too in a desperate attempt to make Margarito's already terrible resume look good.

Margarito needs to fight the man that beat him and is turning down a career high payday to AVENGE a loss!

    ....Seriously? Come on now.

If Mayweather is willing to come back and fight some guy for his legacy (the money will come with it believe me) then I'd LOVE to see him boxing again. Fights against guys like Margo, Cotto, Pac, JMM and even a dude like Paul Williams and/or Vernon Forrest would all do really good.

If he's coming back for rematches against Hatton and Oscar then nay. No go.

Floyd's position is, that his legacy is solid. Coming back to fight the likes of Paul Williams and Vernon Forrest doesn't exactly excite that many people, in fact, if he came back and fought any of those guys, very few people outside the hardcore would know that he was back at all. I think for a first fight back, a megafight with Hatton or De La Hoya would be a good way to announce his return. In terms of what fight I want to personally see, if Pac beats Oscar, then Pac vs. Floyd is the obvious next megafight on the horizon. Floyd coming back is important for boxing, especially with a few big names on the brink of retirement.

IF Floyd is the draw he claims then he should be able to bring people to the houses to see Paul Williams vs Vernon Forrest. Forrest is known to casual boxing fans with his wins over Shane Mosley.

DLH vs Floyd II was universally panned by not just the hardcore types but even the casual fans which is why the fight never came off the ground.

Depends how you look at it, I think there are a lot of good fights out there for Floyd, but probablly only two or three that make sense to him financially. My personal view is, I would like to see Hatton have another go at Mayweather, Margo would lose - so I'm not interested in that. If Cotto gets a good win fairly soon then that would be a good to set up a Floyd fight, I also think it would be a good fight for Oscar to retire after, Mayweather vs. De La Hoya II that is.

Those are realistic options. I can't believe people think a fighter of Mayweather's draw would come back and fight a Cintron or a Berto at this stage in his career. Idiots.
