Everyone has the same Liver and weakness in that area.
I you put Floyd ib the same position as Castillo for that punch which Ko'd him it would be the same result.

Whether he manges to land it on Floyd is another matter of course.

Hattons style and delivery is geared more for power. He's the more physical and has the better body attack.

Floyd's game revolves around speed, defense, and counter's.

the fact that floyd would break his hands sparring with kermit the frog hinders his punch power greatly.
he's worried to cut loose like calzaghe.

No that doesnt play into Hattons corner because he walks around at 175, there is no way he's gonna make the weight that floyd wsa fighting at

Maybe the Judah-Tszyu connection was flawed, but the Castillo and Pep - common opponent - references were relevant.

True , except it was not a liver shot , it was shot to the floating ribs.

His punchers weren't "harder" or "more effective" against their common opponents. Just admit it - Floyd has certain advantages over Ricky, but Ricky is the harder, more effective puncher. That's what makes this fight so intriguing.

Hatton hits harder, it is not even a debate.

That is ridiculous. Floyd won all of his fights damned near b/c of his VERSATILE body attack.

Get your facts straight and don't suggest Hatton was just fighting a lightweight. This "shot to ****" Castillo had won his last 2 fights (his last one - before the Hatton fight - being at 140 against an undefeated fighter) and, since the KO loss to Hatton, he has come back at 147 and won by KO.

Hatton misses to many shots to be considered and effective puncher. Before the Castillo knockout he was not doing **** and not effective and missed consistently against guys with average defense.

you probably still picked Castillo to beat Hatton.

..just like you picked Green to destroy Miranda....

...than picked Miranda to beat Pavlik who is from "Ohio where tomato cans are born and bred" ....

...and still picked Taylor to KO pavlik.

think you'd learn at least a small fraction of boxing by now. :patsch

Castillo also did not make weight for a scheduled fight and had a very long time out of the ring and barely beat a C level undefeated fighter who had like 13-18 fights or something like that.....Your point is...Castillo looked shot in that fight and EVERYBODY said it...... COMEDY>
