I know this might sound funny, Mayweather wants to fight in the U.K once right, Hatton cant cut it no more, and our next big star is young Amir Khan who is fighting for a world title next month at 140 and can easy make 147 at 5'10 , saying Khan looks good and improves a alot under Roach in the next 16 months.

This fight would make millions alone just in U.K and you know Mayweather loves MONEY.

Floyd Mayweather jr vs Amir Khan @ 147 PPV Blockbuster

The disparity in class would be ridiculous.

Amir Khan would do well to find the courage to even step in the same ring as Mayweather Jr.

    it won't be courage... it'll be self-belief.

he'll go in thinking he's got the speed & jab to trouble Floyd... & Roach will have him believing all sortsa other things. But I tell you one thing, it won't be courage!

This could be bigger than the Hatton fight down the line...
If Khan clears out 140 (only person who can really trouble him is Bradley ; Victor Ortiz's good-odds stem purely from the fact that Khan lacks a good chin!... but if I had to bet, I'd bet on Amir in that fight, even so!)...

so just imagine the scenario, 140lb kingpin steps up to face the best at 147. Has a tune-up fight to win a belt at 147 vs. a joke-champion/weaker-champ (there will be one...Warren Boxing Organization guarantees it when required)! & then bam, all set for Floyd (plus 147 Ring Magazine belt!). 3-4 years, though.. and it depends on Amir developing at a good-rate... & not getting Prescott'd again (so that means no fights vs. Juan Diaz or Valero!)

Wembley stadium, brah. Just picture it.... anywhere between 70,000 & 90,000 Brits packing it out. Football atmosphere!! Could even hit 100,000 if we standing-tickets are sold (don't know what the rules & regs. are on that, though, in this country!).

    It would be huge.

Nice 24/7 avenge-the-friend story too if Floyd has previously fought and beaten Pacquiao!

That fight will happen if and ONLY if Mayweather loses by KO in the first round against Marquez then once again by KO in the first against Pacquiao. If that happens then I give it a 30% chance to happen, otherwise it might once Mayweather is 40.

Marquez has about the same body frame as Floyd. Floyd just looks bigger because he probably weighs more. But come fight time, they will both look ripped at 147 lbs.

Marquez and Floyd do not have the same frame... (Floyd is much bigger upper-body & quite a bit more rangey.... deceptively i may add, since he is only an inch taller!)
Floyd IS perhaps 2 divisions bigger.

(Marquez is not a big lightweight.... Floyd is not a big welterweight, either).

I do agree though, they will both be in great-shape.
