Mayweather Jr stayed around 130 for years so this was undoubtably a comfortable weight for him.

Pacquiao was at 122. 3 months earlier he was fighitng at 112!!

Mayweather Jr is a bigger man than Pacquaio. He stays in constant shape. You won't see him guzzling down the beers and tacos between fights (Life witout a cold beer or two is not life) and that's why he weight 147 at walk around weight. If Mayweather Jr started eating the pies and double whoppers we'd see him walking around a much heavier weight.
