    Floyd receives a retroactive exemption for an illegal IV, yet Pac was denied a shot for his shoulder.

    VADA CATCHES PE CHEATS

    USADA NEVER CATCHES ANYONE.

    CARBON ISOTOPE RATIO tests were developed to catch PE cheats.

    USADA never uses CIR STATING, they say its too expensive, meanwhile the test costs 400.00

    VADA is significantly cheaper to use than USADA and they use CIR testing for abnormal T. E. RATIOS.

    Mayweather's T E. ratios in prior blood tests were found to raise red flags, yet no CIR Tests were ever done by USADA. CIR tests can be done on frozen samples retroactively.

    make your own conclusions here, but too much money has greased too many palms to stop this level of corruption.

    Vada are the only ones to test for synthetic testerone this is why Floyd wanted nothing to do,with this testing and insisted on USADA

    **As a first line test. USADA uses CIR only if the doper is moron enough to get caught with a T:E ratio higher than 4:1.

    According to USADA, they conducted a CIR test in everyone of Mayweather and Pacquiao's samples.
