So Floyd was in Japan for more than a music event afterall. He was there to announce TMT Tokyo, which will run a number of businesses in Japan, including Casinos, Luxury Cars and Boxing Gyms.

Sounds like he wanted to tease the local media by saying the Pacquiao rematch could, maybe, possibly take place in Tokyo. He's linked up with the Kameda's and with Kyoei as part of this venture

Interesting news for Mayweather fans I guess-

If it's in Tokyo and I can get time off work - I'll go. It's only a short flight from here. I really like Tokyo too.

TMT Tokyo will be huge in Tokyo. He has a huge following with the Japanese boxing fans. It'll be so big.

Yeah, like it's not going to be in Vegas. Floyd won't be able to control everything in Tokyo so you can forget that

Mayweather and Kameda is an evil alliance that makes way too much sense.

Gambling is illegal in Japan, there are no casinos. Even pachinko is only allowed to play in exchange for prices such as stuffed animals etc.
Furthermore, Japanese people do not care about luxury cars! You can drive a 911 tuned by Nakai-san through Tokyo and no one even looks at it, the public transportation is too developed. Same in Hong Kong.

    A lie!

The diet passed laws back in July (https://www.japantimes.co.jp/news/2...casino-resorts-bill-despite-stiff-opposition/) to allow casino's in specific locations in Japan. Seems like who ever talked Mayweather into this move is aware of that and has used it to try and get to some of his moolah

That's because 911's are common in Japan. The Japanese love exotic cars. My son went with me on my last trip to Tokyo and he was always telling about the cars that he saw there that were extremely rare.

This is excellent news for Japan. They will benefit from more cultural enrichment and economic stimulation. It might also improve relations between the Japanese people and Americans, which has been a little strained since the guardian of democracy and freedom nuked them a couple of times to liberate their minds.
