Well he's not done yet, I'll have to wait until he retires, but he's easily top 40 atleast.

He still hasn't proved much to me. He shook off Pacquiao and fought an over the hill Mosley. I'm not trying to throw in the Mosley was old arguement but how can one really argue with that? He shook off a fighter that is clearly in his prime for someone who clearly is not in thier prime. There is no argument for Floyd. I still view him as a Roy Jones type fighter. Fighting only who he knows he can beat. Not taking anything that is truly too much of a challenge.

How is he ducking or shooking off Pacquiao? He has only asked him to take the tests that Mosley took. They are harmless. Pacquiao is the one who refused (and went on to fight Clottey, while Mayweather fought the second best available opponent: Mosley) and might refuse again.

as others have said, ATG ranking can only accurately been done when a fighter retires. But with this win, he is getting pretty high up.

he is one of the best welters of all time, no doubt about that.

He is still not an ATG to me just yet as he really messed himself up ducking fighters for yrs. He is a HOF'er tho but if I had to put a number around about maybe between 20-25. His body of work is still weak but if he play his cards right, which I really think he is about to do he can move up really quick. Also it doesn't hurt if he fight some contenders and stil have that "0" when he finishes
