    Last time Mayweather fought a slick black fighter was in 2006 against Zab Judah.

    The list of the six proposed fighters isn't much better:
    Alfredo Angulo, Devon Alexander, Robert Guerrero, Saul Alvarez, Marcos Maidana and Danny Garcia

    When will Mayweather take on a slick black American fighter?

    Bradley-top rank-and since when was floyd avoiding him

    Trout-lined up to fight Canelo floyd has already addressed this issue

    Lara-who??why in the hell would he fight him?

    Peterson-when in the hell did he become slick?

    Bradley is with Top Rank and Peterson hasn't been a credible opponent until he beat Khan which after the fight he decided to take an immediate rematch which got canceled and left him out for more than a year.

    I'd like to see Floyd face Lara soon though after another good win and Trout should be next if he beats Canelo.

    and Peterson isn't really slick. Peterson tries to be slick, but always abandons it in fights and just comes forward in a high guard. Bradley isn't really slick either. He's got good defense though
