Michael Marley has about as much journalistic integrity as fox news.

:good Good post Knotty! And your analysis regarding Manny and his legacy (Providing he beats the fighters you mention:)) are spot on!

Were your post to come true, no-one could ever dispute that Manny was the best fighter of his generation!!

As for Floyd, if he does not fight Manny, Shane, Williams or even someone like Cintron then perhaps he should retire! And the fact that I, a fan of Floyd's (And Manny's) is writing this is an indictment to Floyd's current conduct!

Let us hope, for the sake of boxing (and his reputation) that Floyd fights a world class 147-154 fighter next!!

    Biased at all?

You dont seem to understand. They are equally as big as each other IMO which is why they were happy to take a 50/50 split on the purse.

Grow up and see things for what they are, not how you want them to be because you cant see through your hate.

That will be less than 2 months before the fight so I doubt that if the fight is on May 1st

Give me a break. This article is complete horse****.

First of all, I'm surprised Marley removed his tongue from Arum's ballsack in time to type this masterpiece.

Secondly, this fight has potential to make huge money for Mayweather. Big, expensive gate plus 1.5MM PPV buys (i'd say at the very least) could mean 15-20 million to Mayweather.

I'm guessing the date issue/negotiations with MGM is the main reason for the announcement delay. Ellerbe came out the other day and said negotiations were going smoothly and he was asked by Floyd to make this Mosley fight. I highly doubt he is going to wait around for Pacquiao considering the many challenges faced to make this fight happen.

Boxing was done in the 90's when the HW and WW division were creme de la creme. Mayweather hasn't done nothing new that Roy Jones hasn't done in his prime. Where have you been? :patsch
