alot of guys never lost fights like Joe Calzaghe and even this guy Faruq Saleem just cause you're undefeated it doesn't mean you're not overrated every real boxing fan knows this.

With your logic Rocky Marciano is the best heavyweight ever just cause he's undefeated.

its a little bit rediculous to base the best fighter of the era only on who is the most polished. What about all the other factors?

When i see the opponents he fights, if it's anyone else they would not be considered the best. I think floyd hypes it good, he flashy and that sells.

 

thats what i'm telling you undefeated don't mean **** its all about who you've fought and how you did against them. Floyd is great, i'm not saying he isn't, but best of his era? thats Pac by a landslide he is alot better.

People don't like Floyd but they still think he's amazing and thats cause he says that he's the best so many times that after a while people start buying his bull**** while Pacquiao never says anything he just proves it time and time again.

I wouldn't say Nard is more polished but definitley more crafty and more ring savvy. Floyd is technically unflawed from the way he moves in the ring to how he throws his punches. Eveything is just very polished when it comes to his overall technique as a boxer.

 

Hopkins is not more polished than Floyd. He's close though.

Floyd is a skilled first fighter, physical gift fighter second . Hopkins on the other hand, has more physical gift because of his size. Hopkins was a big middles weight at 6'1 and had a longer reach then most of the guys fought at middle weight and he was strong for the weight class.

 

Yeah who cares about Floyd personality really???? People judge him as boxer. His problem is that he is a WW for some time and don't have a single stronge WW on his resume. He is of course a great boxer. But not the greatest of his era.
