If Mayweather doesn't want a showdown with Mosley he better sign before the 30th! There are 3 scenario's I can see playing out.
    1. Mosley brutally ko's or dominates Berto, You know what's gonna be said in the post-fight, and there will be nowhere for Floyd to hide!

    2. Mosley looks weak in a points victory, Floyd would still have a hard time getting out of the Mosley fight without further hurting his reputation and legacy.

    3. Berto wins, This is the one Floyd will be hoping for, He will refuse to fight Berto claiming he hasn't proven himself.

However if 1 or 2 happen and Floyd isn't signed he's going to HAVE to fight Shane or he will be completely irrelevant, So either Floyd will sign soon,(and he's off the hook some what) He signs days before the fight ( he will look like a total coward, scared of the outcome) or he has planned on fighting Shane all along, which is why he hasn't signed with anyone yet.

update: with Roger's legal trouble, Floyd just got a new clip of coward ammo!

I agree completely. PBF should sign before the 30th.

He should sign to fight Mosley on March 13th.

Berto has stated that the problems in Haiti are troubling him terribly.
He said he's having problems concentrating on training.

    Cancel Mosley/Berto....create Mayweather/Mosley, March 13th, head-to-head with Pac/Clottey.

Promise Berto a shot at the winner.

He just fights the winner. The closer the fight the better. Then he gets to fight the winner AND the "loser". Mo' Money!

Why do people feel like they know more than promoters who do this for a living? Let them do the work, then we discuss.

Optimist like myself wants to speculate that Mayweather is negotiating that Berto cancel leaving Mosely available for March 13 fight date and clobber the Pacquiao-Clottey at the ppv fight. And that's also why HBO is on hold waiting for the outcome. Just my imagination working (maybe not perfectly). Here's to boxing !

Simple, just announce that he'd like the winner of Berto/Mosley.

I know how hard that is.

It's more who he fights rather than how quick he signs to fight someone.

Mayweather will not fight on the 13th. Too little time left to prepare..

This all depends on how Mosley looks vs Berto. If he looks dominant, I'm pretty sure Floyd will not even bother with the fight. Not enough reward/too much risk.. But if Mosley looks vulnerable (didn't look that good vs Mayorga), then expect Floyd vs Mosley to be signed real soon.

Anyone else is not even worth Floyd's time... Nate Campbell and Kermit Cintron are his best options? That is a travesty.
