With all that press there for Floyds come back fight, you dont think by any chance that this would have been mentioned had it been blood?
Anthony Jr disagrees he says its blood and questions how the dye would bleed from the outside through the padding to the wrap, when I explained that the knuckle area of the inside of the glove is lined with leather again he simply concluded that it was blood and not dye....
Truth is if he did have an abrasion on his knuckle it would look almost the same it would bleed through as well. But make no mistake there is no tape that covers the knuckle area that is illegal per the rules of boxing. Tape must be one inch off the knuckles as shown in this very picture here.... However the reason I say its not blood and that its dye is becuase that is my experience with Grant gloves, well just about any gloves that are new, but grants tend to have alot of Dye, and not only that but if it were blood it wouldnt be as dark red it would be a little lighter than what was shown in the other picture... But to say that he has tape over his knuckles is BS its against the rules and I doubt that he would ever need tape over his knuckles during training for any reason....
He and a lot of fighters tape inbetween their knuckles (there is no impact zone) you can see in the pic you quoted, and in this one here. This content is protected But yes, there is no tape allowed over the actual knuckles. However there would have to be a huge amount of blood to see-I just realised you didn't say it was blood, nvm!
Ugghh... They're red on the inside. It's funny that you're on here throwing out insults and obviously don't know ****. Go look at the exact same gloves in the store and check the inside. You'll see that they're f*cking red.
