Mayweather brothers overconfidence can spell disaster

    don't mix physical readiness with mental rediness. For sure Floyd is training hard and floyd Sr is providing sound technical advise.

    i watched a lot of Floyd Sr.'s interviews, partly cause they are amusing, and he seems to be more of a technical trainer; i.e., he can show you how to throw a jab, a straight right, how to use shoulder roll etc... but rarely, if ever, have i heard him talk about strategy, tactics. Roach, on the other hand, is more of a tactician. The guy really likes talking tactics, strategy and you can listen to him talk intelligently about styles, different tactics. You can never get much of out Floyd Sr other than how to throw punches and do shoulder roll. I've tried hard to find interviews where he talks about Pacquiao and all i get is 'Pac is small, he's reckless, i don't need to watch his tapes' that's it... I think he's just a terrible tactician, although probably great training up and coming boxers in the ways of training and technique. These are very different things.

    Jeff does sound like the more educated and happy go luck of the 3. It's funny cause at times he looks like he wants to say something that contradicts Roger and Floyd but then just goes along with what they think.

    It won't affect Floyd. Floyd is completely professional and would never underestimate any opponent. He fights his best possible fight every time, taking no changes.

    The bottom line is Team Mayweather (Jeff, Roger, Floyd Sr.) and Team Pacquiao (Arum, Roach) are not fighting May 2nd, Pacquiao and May. Jr. are. Overconfidence is something both sides seem to have in abundance.

    floyds already said in interviews pac wont go into survival mode pac is fast and a different fighter to what he has faced before

    doesnt matter what sr/roger/jeff think floyd is taking manny very serious

    because he thought manny was on something he didnt say it because he believes manny will kill floyd fighting naturally

    so what if thats what he thought? fact remains, they were frightened by what manny was able to do in the ring... even made up a drug to explain their fear.

    This is probably the longest, most expensive training camp of Floyd's career.

    A word of advice: Don't listen to what they say. Watch which way their feet are moving.

    I would take the Mayweather brothers over Freddie Roach any day of the week and twice on Sundays. Roach has been doing so much trash talking because the reality is dawning on him that Pacquiao is going to lose decisively. In fact I would take Team Mayweather over Team Pacquiao period. I would rather have the Mayweather brothers, Leonard Ellerbe, Al Haymon, Bob "do it all" Ware, Rafael Garcia, Nate Jones, Melissia, bad medina, Liza Hernandez, Justin Bieber etc over Freddie ****roach Roach, Bob Arum(Mr yesterday I was lying, today I am telling the truth"), Buboy Fernandez, Justin Fortune, Bobby Pacquiao, Jinkee, the numerous Philipinos etc.
