Lesson in life, if you can't get something out of someone, stop insulting them down. you are still young and would mature emotionally. to answer your question so as for you to stop with those irrelevant questions, i'm 33, never boxed but tried a couple of sessions of bags and mits bad sadly, could not sustain the cost of boxing gym so instead got a different workout that is far less expensive but is good for the heart. i like pac, cotto and jmm.
