Mayweather-Canelo in talks!!

    Starting to look good fellas!! I know its early but to get as much money and media for a Sept 14 fight it needs to get signed by at least middle of June. Mayweather knows this, Oscar and Schafer do also. Mayweather said he was gonna defend his 154 belt on Sept 14th and the only fighter that would be approved would be Canelo because hes the interim, or Regular champ, or whatever u want to call him!! (stuip WBA)

    I think its gonna happen!! I say close fight with both fighters bleeding. Mayweather has to dig deep to win. I say 7-5 Mayweather. Canelo does great when Mayweather on the ropes, middle of ring Mayweather to accurate. People say Mayweather lost. rematch on Cinco De Mayo. LETS GO!!!

    Lara faces Angulo this or next month... And Angulo was apparently on the list of "approved Mayweather opponents" in his Showtime deal. Could happen at 154.

    Mayweather only fights top 5 opponents nowadays, so I'd say that Alvarez is the only one that makes a whole lot of sense given Top Rank holds about half of his options.

    His 5th weight division is his 5th best division. And he's 36... Scary thoughts on paper, but I'd favor Mayweather as I would against anybody within a division of him.

    it will not happen. And I hope this proves how Floyd will not fight Canelo. It will be talked about for a long time and something will get in the way just like the Pacman fight never got made, and no one will blame Floyd.

    how come u say that?? Its because u hate Mayweather or what?? I think its bout to happen. to much money out there.

    and honestly a Canelo fight is bigger then a Pac fight now

    Mayweather cant retire without fighting him and even he knows it. theres only 5 fights left and thats it. theres not 5 WW or even 5 JWW to come up and fight him. canelo, Khan, maybe Bradley and Garcia and thats about it

    yea but this is way different. Arum is no where to be found. Canelo and Mayweather fight with same promotion team. both have titles at 154. its all there ready to go

    the tougher fights for Floyd are Canelo and Bradley as I see it. Khan? Hard to say. If he fought a smart fight he would be really tough for Floyd. Garcia? Floyd would control him and win the fight just as easily as Sat. against Guerrero.
