is he a bad fighter? of course not? is he 10 years younger than the old men floyd usally picks on? yes yeah he has a belt, but who dont? yeah hes the 2nd best welterweight but no where on the top 20 pound for pound list where floyd usually sits at #1 or #2 sure since 2009 hes been knocked down 4 times , had a loss and a draw..... its the only guy besides the #1 welterweight (which is the only fight that matters) he could get away half ass with and try and sell.... berto just lost to ortiz mosley is close to 40 and still ranked somehow mike jones has no belt sebastien lujan? yeah that would sell kell brook? said ouali Senchenko? so the ONLY choice was an HBO high profile guy berto or ortiz..... because pac man was never a serious thought This content is protected
regardless of what anyone says about floyd, hes a professional and will train like a maniac for a cherry pick or a super fight (like corales a decade ago)
1. He won the Peterson fight, and it was a bull**** draw. 2. Peterson is a really good fighter and nothing to take lightly 3. I think it's off base to say he "struggled", he left off the gas because he felt he had the fight in the bag.
LOL, if it was Pac who was fighting Ortiz next, everyone would jump up and down screaming about how dangerous a fight it is and how it's sooooooooooooo awesome that Pac is facing a younger, bigger fighter. :yep
Ortiz was weight drained for that fight. Just like Pac has been weight drained for every fight he had ANY difficulty in. :rofl:rofl:rofl
When has Mayweather not said it is going to be an easy fight? Just curious... Seems to be a common theme: Trash talk his opponent before, respectful to his opponent after the fight.
