Mayweather's career is all smoke and mirrors when you look closely its a cherrypicking clinic like 50 said hes all about the duck and dodging business.

After Canelo easily disposes of Trout and continues to call Mayweather out we will see what Floyd does, we will see if he steps up to the plate, Canelo is a big draw hes undefeated and he has called Floyd out and i'm sure he will have no problem with taking the tests he has all it takes to be Floyd's next opponent, lets see if Floyd steps up or if he puts on his Forrest Gump shoes and starts running for the hills, anyone other than Canelo next for Floyd and im calling it a duck job.

Agreed. As mentioned iin previous threads. Floyd definetly deserves credit for Longevity, Maximising Profits, and a string of very good wins.

But he manages to stay in Boxing for nearly 20 years through 5 weight classes with out picking up a single Great Win.

You could list 20 or maybe 30 fighters from the last 20 years, maybe even more that have a better individual win than floyd has on his whole resume.

And how is that even possible for a fighter who's been in boxing as long as he has without a serious amount of ducking and dodging.

People who create threads like this are either not old enough to remember the facts or just plain too lazy to look-it-up.

    SMH!!!

The excuse is already there ready on waiting for why won't fight the winner.

Floyd too small now. He walks around at 150.

No way will they fight Alvarez when there's Danny Garcia or Alexander waiting for him next.

Oh, please! If he fought and whooped Canelo in his very next fight you and many others will be the 1st to start a new thread and say, "Floyd fought a green fighter instead of a true challenge like Baysangurov, Lara, Trout, or Martirosyan. It's a never ending cycle.

Floyd beats one fighter and now it's time to find a new opponent to say he's ducking.:verysad

Probably because Floyd beats the absolute breaks off of every opponent he faces and that somehow diminishes his accomplishments to his haters and the casual fans.

A typical ESB troll with nothing of any use to add

Not true, you alwyas get idiot fans, be it Pacquiao or Mayweather - for a Mayweather example, check the idiot in my first quote. Mayweather-Corrales, Mayweather-Castillo - that was Floyd taking on good opposition.

If FLoyd took on the winner of Trout V Canelo I'd applaud him - it doesn't take away from the prime fighters he did dodge but he would get praise from me and many others and get my PPV money as well...if Canelo beat Trout there's not many that could use the "he's green" excuse anymore - Canelo will have arrived!
