    That's arguable - and furthermore, it would depend on how each fighter performed.

    Still, considering that Cotto wasn't even competitive against Pac for the majority of the rounds, anything less that a dominant KO victory over a non compromised version of Mayweather wouldn't even be a debatable accomplishment to earn him the P4P best distinction, imo.

    Past losses don't dictate your future status as pound for pound king, the most salient recent wins do. You're talking all-time, in which case I would agree, but a win over Floyd would propel anyone to the top; it would be better than any of Pac's past 6 wins.
