This fight dont need much promotion Both with a big fanbase, Cotto is the #1 LMW in the world, Mayweather #1 (or 2) P4P.

 

There's not many opponents that are as good as Cotto for Floyd at present, the problem is that it's a few years too late, and Floyd would've beaten Cotto at any juncture.
