Mayweather - Cotto II makes no sense

Loved the fight, don't think they need to do it again. I don't even want to see PAC vs cotto, give us new fights we want to see not these rematches. Mayweather, Pacquiao and cotto are not getting any younger, why do the same fights with the same results?

I had it 7-5 Mayweather, along with many other people. The definition of domination is well... domination. A clean cut wipe out. This fight was not that, in my opinion.

 

I had it 8-4 to Mayweather. I think 7-5 is the least you could give Mayweather to be frank.

It was a clear win for Mayweather however you score it to be honest.

Cotto will lose worse in a less exciting fight. I can do without the rematch. Cotto needs to beat a couple guys so the fairy tale spinners can sell us on the "new Cotto" for the 5th time now.

 

I wouldnt say domination, because alot of the rounds where close, even though Mayweather was edging them

 

cotto was supposed to be dominated the first time. that wasn't the case. i think he has more room for improvement in the a rematch.

 

I don't believe Mayweather won decisively a believe most rounds were close if a rematch happens it would make as much money or surpass it cause it was a good fight and that is what we like. Although i wouldn't mine watching a pac rematch even at a catchweight of 150 cause when Cotto comes in at 154 he is not as ripped in the belly area so I know at 150 he is still strong

This. Even some of the deciding and winning rounds weren't so clear. But he needed those last two rounds and he got them.

 

I for sure Pac wont agree for a full 154lb fight. Pac would insist a 150lb catchweight, considering he struggled in 150

Floyd-Cotto 2 would make more sense considering that the fight went on the distance, which some boxing fans saw it as 8-4 for floyd. But if they ever fight, same outcome.

Only financially it makes sense. I think right now Floyd will make more money in that rematch then any other match with the exception of Pacquiao.
When Martinez KO´s Chavez then he would be a better option.
