Great numbers I saw lots of restaurants in Miami Beach showing the fight with a full house.

If Arum said it's over $1million then it's over $100k.

    Fun, isn't it?

Why we shouldn't pay attention to what these promoters claim until the real numbers come out. I remember Schaefer said Mayweather-Mosley could break 4 million buys based off his magical numbers projection sheet

This was the biggest fight since the DLH and Hatton fight so it's over 2 million for sure.

Casual watchers were into this fight.

1.8 or more and Floyd breaks the purse record...something many fans said he would not do.

It will break the #2 revenue maker in Mayweather Ortiz

    so the revenue list goes

    De La Hoya Mayweather
    Cotto Mayweather
    Ortiz Mayweather
    Mosley Mayweather.

When I entered the theater at the start of the card(assuming seating was around 200), about 70 seats were filled. by the time the canelo fight started, the theater was about 99% filled. By the time the Mayweather fight started, it was standing room only left.

Assuming that replayed across the spectrum, this fight is going to do very well. I don't buy the 2 million mark, but 1.8 yeah.
