    I want Larry Merchant to interview Floyd after this fight, because in the hatton fight he totally avoided the question about fighting the best out there like Miguel Cotto and said that he was gonna retire, take 2 years off and become a promoter, I wonder if he will avoid the question again or call him out...

    I honestly don't think he would fight Margarito, but your right. It would still make money :good

    Guess what?? Lipstick and lace? Will LOSE FANS every time. Sure maybe the same few thousand LADIES will buy it but Oscar's casual base has taken a good hit.

    Add in that we've been here/done this?:lol: WHAT POSSIBLE VALUE OR ATTRACTION is in this fight??

    ANSWER = NONE.

    There isnt any legitimate BOXING REASON for this fight and it wont sell like the first time AT ALL.

    Golden Fishnets can still pack in a few women and trans-testicles, but any self respecting PBF OR BOXING fan must check themselves:yep
    If not? Have fun with the freak show THAT WILL NOT DO half what it did the first time.

    Like i said, i wouldnt watch this FOR FREE and based on the responses to the fight on this board? At least 80% feel much differently about the second coming of more GOLDEN MONEY BS!!

    I dont see the POINT in this rematch, as for saying PBF doesnt have any other feasable fight out there, possibly if money is his main aim, which it apparently is, but there are plenty more fights that would add to his legacy, which, for me personally, is far more important than a load of cash, especially when he is financially secure anyway.

    In summary, this fight stinks, and its what holds boxing back from really progressing, especially with such a great 2007, ****ing bull****

    Let's be absolutely clear about this - on the HBO Mayweather-Hoya I replay and Studio Talk, Mayweather insisted on the rematch more than anybody else whereas Oscar doubted his own physical ability to fight again and against Mayweather and Larry Merchant promptly stated ( in front of both Floyd, Jim Lampley and Oscar) that the public didn't want to see it again. Why would Mayweather not want it now? It's business wise cuz he's favored to win and means lotsa cash...

    On second thought, if they added BewareofDawg vs Jack Presscott to the undercard, it might actually give us 1 reason to tune in:rofl

    Read my earlier post in regards to this. If Mayweather turned down DLH and tried to fight Cotto. Cotto would turn him down and negotiate with DLH.
