Goddam Reg, are you really that twisted up floyd's ass? Many of the die-hard PBF fans have said it as well. The direction you're headed with this is Fantasy Island with a handful of crack pots.

Cotto, Williams, SSM, Margarito, Cintron, Clottey, and Berto would be MORE MEANINGFUL TO FLOYDS LEGACY!! We've already seen this bull**** once with DLH and it played out just as i said it would then and will REPLAY in even sadder fashion a 2nd time.

There is no value or true interest in this fight, NONE!!!:-( :-( :-( :-( :-(

Cotto would be a much bigger "legacy" fight for Floyd. So would Williams or Mosley. The only logical reason I see, ignoring money of course, is to erase any doubts some may have. Also, he may just not like having a SD on his record and wants to make it clear.

Thats what you think, and thats fine, but fighting cotto does more for his legacy

Exactly, otherwise people will question the fact he didnt face the toughest man at 147? And stylistically, PW, all do more for floyd than a rematch with Oscar

Right. it will actually harm his legacy a bit if he doesn't face Mosley, Cotto, Williams, Margo or Cintron. He is recognized as the best WW in one of the best WW divisions in decades but he hasn't faced any of the other top 5 welters

I agree. I want Hoya to fight Winky or retire. Possibly a Tito fight in the event Tito beats Jones. But I'm having fun this morning ****ing with all the guys on here crying about this happening :rofl :rofl :rofl

WW v Oscar :good PBF v Oscar

My gripe is that the PBF gang-bangers think this rematch is a meaningful fight :rofl :rofl :rofl The REAL fight at 147, is against Cotto, not some ****ing exhibition match

Not too long after the Hatton fight, team Cotto commented that they preferred to fight DLH instead of Mayweather because it was the more marketable fight. Team DLH commented that if negotiations with Floyd broke down, they would concentrate on Cotto. Still doubt what I'm saying?

    Same old routine:-(

That had NOTHING TO DO WITH FLOYD WANTING A YEAR OFF now did it?

Suddenly, Lil floyd dont need that anymore, cuz what the hell, beating DLH twice is akin to taking time off:good

:good A meaningless, money making, **** on the fans, **** everyone else kind of fight  What has Oscar done in the last few years to warrant a fight with him anyway, a win over Mayorga?!?! This shits on blokes like Cotto who spend their lives getting to where they are, and Williams, Cintron etc, to just be snubbed. I know this happens all the time, not just on this occasion, but its a ****ing joke regardless:-(

Unfortunately PPV is not looking at a boxer legacy nor do they care about legacy there looking at rating and sales ..

PPV being interested in Boxing legacy is like business hospital being interested in a cure for cancer ..
